Dear Ibby,

This is a short letter of appreciation to one of your staff members Varma. I called the 1300 number to enquire about Neo Strata skin care range  - Oil Control Gel in particular. Prior to this I’ve gone into a few Chemists & Priceline stores where the Neo Strata website stated that these places do carry them only to find out that they didn’t have it in stock & has to be ordered from supplier. I have 2 young children and as you can appreciate it’s not easy to be out & about shopping with kids in tow.

The minute I enquired over the phone, ordering the oil control get as it was out of stock through to the delivery process, Varma has exceeded my expectations & provided excellent customer service which is rare to find these days especially on online shopping! I shop online mostly due to the restriction of going shopping with kids so I’ve had my fair share of bad customer service experience of late. His follow up skills are second to none, very patient & well mannered over the phone as well as he made payment via PayPal a piece of mind for me (even though it was done manually). He even called to ensure I received the products on Tuesday. The last 12 years of my working career was spent working & managing people within recruitment so I have a great understanding when you can distinguish a great talent.

He is a real asset & his efforts should be recognised. I will continue shopping with Your Discount Chemist when this products runs out & this is due to my shopping experience with him.

I just received my order and wanted to send my thanks. Originally I was sent completely the wrong thing (dog blanket and wormers instead of hair colour), but your return process made that easy to handle. When I picked up my package today, I found the gift that you had included because some of the boxes of the hair colour were damaged, plus a kind note of explanation. I really appreciate your customer service. This particular hair colour is not available any longer locally, so to be able to get it from you, and receive a gift was a double blessing.

Hi,
I cannot thank you enough for the super fast replacement of my order. Also, the addition of the moisturiser was a wonderful surprise.
I feel a little bad that I have profited from the leakage problem, as the item in question is not a cheap one.
I have started using the oil on a regular basis, as my hair is very long and curly, and this is the only thing that tames it down without it looking like it's gelled.
You can be sure that I will continue to order from you as the service has been outstanding.
I had actually given my sister the parcel to take to work, as she is employed by Aust.Post.It was only by chance that she rang me this morning to see if I needed anything that I was able to tell her of your generous offer.
I will complete your feedback tomorrow and you can be sure I will happily recommend you to the many members on ebay that I know and deal with.
