Fess Nasal Saline is a non- medicated, PH balanced saline spray. So you can use it for effective allergy relief as well as colds and flu relief. Fess Nasal Saline:

Directions
Recommended usage of FESS Nasal Saline:
Adults – up to 6 sprays per nostril as needed
Children – 2-3 sprays per nostril as needed
How to use:
1. Depress the pump firmly to activate the spray
2. Insert the nozzle into the nostril and make sure that the tip is angled slightly backwards and outwards towards the ear
