Overview
Fido's Fre-Itch Rinse Concentrate is made from natural pyrethrum to effectively kill fleas, lice and ticks including paralysis ticks. It prevents tick attachment and fleas for up to three days, BUT note that you should still thoroughly check your pets at least daily for ticks.
Pyrethrum is a natural plant oil that occurs in the pyrethrum daisy, a member of the chrysanthemum family. The natural plant oil is found in tiny glands on the surface of the seed case in the tightly packed flower head and is the plant's own insecticide that has evolved to keep undesirable insects way.
Pyrethrins are the 6 complex esters that make up pryrethrum. They work in combination to repel and kill insects and despite centuries of use there has been minimal insect resistance.
They are safe for your pet and humans (but see below regarding pregnant women) and are non-persistent in the environment.
The pyrethrins for Fido's Fre-Itch Concentrate come form the northern coast of Tasmania where experienced growers, ample rainfall, fertile soils, cool winters and plenty of sunshine combine to produce a high quality crop.
The concentrate contains a gentle cleaner to clean the coat and has a pleasant fragrance that lasts. The Rinse is designed to be left on the coat and not rinsed off so that its insecticidal action continues.

It can also be used on your pet's bedding and around the home to prevent environmental infestation.
Directions
It can be diluted to wash, hydrobath or as a spray.
