Instructions

Dosage:
For adults: 15g (3 rounded teaspoons) two or three times daily.
For children: 5g (1 rounded teaspoon) two or three times daily.

Add to cereal - for an energy-filled start to your day.
Sprinkle on fruit.
Add to fruit drinks and hot beverages.
Straight off the spoon - great for kids.

Storage

Store in a dry place below 30ºC away from odours.
