Ingredients

Directions

• Medi Rub is designed to be massaged thoroughly into painful areas three times a day
• Apply after RICE (rest, ice, compression and elevation) if any injury has occurred
• Use prior to exercise to warm up muscles
• Use at night to relieve night cramps
• Store below 30°C
