Overview

Neilmed Sinus Rinse Refill helps alleviate nasal allergies, sinus symptoms, nasal irritation from occupational dust, fumes,animal dander, grass, pollen, smoke, smog and house dust, nasal dryness, post nasal drip and congestion.

Directions

Fill up the clean bottle with 240ml of warm distilled water or previously boiled water. You may warm the solution filled bottle in a microwave.

We recommend that you warm it in increments of 5 seconds to avoid excessive heating of water.

Cut the sachet and pour contents into the bottle.

Secure the cap with tube to top of bottle.

Shake the bottle to dissolve the mixture.

Lean over the sink and place nozzle of bottle completely over the nostril. Squeeze gently until liquid expells from other nostril or mouth.

Gently blow the nose.

Repeat procedure 2 or 3 times in each nasal passage.

Do this once or twice a day or as directed by your physician.
