Overview

A calming blend of 100% pure Lavender, Mandarin, Roman Chamomile & Valerian essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy as a sedative for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with sleeplessness including mild insomnia, nervous tension, restlessness, stress & mild anxiety.

Directions

VAPORISATION: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

MASSAGE: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage.
