Free from fragrances, parabens, lanolin, artificial colours & dyes, alcohol (ethanol).

Instructions
DIRECTIONS:Apply to all exposed areas 15 to 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours or more often when exercising, swimming & towelling.
