Elastoplast Elastic Adhesive Bandage 50mm x 3m provides compression and support with freedom of movement. For strong compression and support in the prevention and treatment of injuries, Elastoplast has you covered.
The Elastoplast Elastic Adhesive Bandage is ideal for stabilising joints, tendons and ligaments during exercise. Firmly wrap around the ankle, wrist, or any other highly used joint to prevent injury caused by muscle stress and fatigue. The cotton-based cloth construction allows this elastic adhesive bandage to remain breathable and strong, while still containing enough elasticity to allow for regular movement. A strong sticking zinc oxide adhesive on the underside of the bandage means it will stay in place during physical activity. The Elastoplast Elastic Adhesive Bandage also features a central yellow line that assists in the correct bandaging alignment. While this elastic adhesive bandage is designed for injury prevention, it can also be used to support existing muscle injuries, such as hamstring or calf strains.

Firmly wrap around or place strips over the affected area, using the central yellow line as a guide for even compression.
For skin protection, stability and maximun compression, we recommend using the UTB method:
Underwrap: Use Elastoplast Pre-Taping Underwrap to protect skin.
Tape: Use Elastoplast Rigid Strapping Tape for stability to prevent and treat injury.
Bandage: Overwrap Elastic Adhesive Bandage for strong compression and extra support

Store in a dry place below 30°C.
STORAGE TEMPERATURE: Below 30°C.
Safety
CAUTION: This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause an allergic reaction. To avoid circulation problems, do not apply bandage too tightly. If numbness and tingling result, remove bandage and re-apply with reduced tightness. If sprain or strain is severe, seek medical advice.
