RestoraCalm® Night contains L-theanine which calms the mind & Saffron which enhances deep sleep.
RestoraCalm® Night is a triple action formula, designed to calm the mind, relieve symptoms of stress and enhance sleep quality and deep sleep. This specialised formula contains AlphaWave® L-theanine, Affron® saffron and lutein. AlphaWave® L-theanine is a calming amino acid, which supports relaxing alpha waves in the brain. Affron® saffron supports refreshing sleep and sleep quality, helping to prepare you for the day ahead. Stress is a factor which can affect sleep. Lastly, lutein aids the body to cope with environmental stress. Environmental stress can include electronic screen exposure.

Crocus sativus (saffron) (Affron®) extract dry conc. 12.6 mg
equiv. dry stigma 42 mg
Theanine (L-theanine) (AlphaWave(R)) 100 mg
Tagetes erecta (marigold) extract dry conc. 100 mg
equiv. dry flowers 2 g, std. to contain 10 mg lutein and 2 mg zeaxanthin
