Click & Collect is an easy way to buy online and pick up your items from your preferred Your Discount Chemist store.
- On the product page, there is a ‘Click & Collect’ tab. When you’re ready to purchase your item online, check your preffered store stock availability on the product page before adding it to your cart.
- During the checkout process, select FREE Click & Collect and pick a collection store based on store stock availability.
- When your order is ready for collection, we will notify you by SMS and email.

Yes. If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need to present a copy of the order confirmation email or SMS confirming the order is ready to be picked up.
After your order has been placed you will receive an SMS and email confirming your order is ready for collection, along with the store details. Please wait for the confirmation before visiting the store for pick up.
Click & Collect orders are typically ready for pick up within 3 business hours. Once ready you will receive an email and SMS. Orders after 3 pm will be processed the next day.
When you come in-store to collect your order please make sure to bring the following items:
- Your order confirmation email
- Photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport)
Just bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store front counter.
Yes, you can. However, we would need to have the prescription either on file at the location you wish to collect your order from, or you would have to email your e-script to the store before collection.
Orders will be held for 7 days after being confirmed as ready for collection. If your order has not been collected by this time, it will be cancelled and refunded.
Your Discount Chemist will refund and/or replace any damaged or faulty stock at no additional charge if claimed within 14 days. Please contact the store you chose to pick up your order from.
