Instructions

Shake well before use. Measuring cup provided. Consume preferably before a meal.

Children 1-5 years: 5mL once daily
Children 6-12 years: 5mL twice daily
Adolescent & Adults: 10mL twice daily

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not suitable for infants under the age of 12 months. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
