Per Melt (orally disintegrating tablet):
Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C) 50 mg, Zinc oxide (zinc 5 mg) 6.2 mg, Selenomethionine (selenium 30 micrograms) 74 micrograms

Adults - Dissolve 1 melt (orally disintegrating tablet) in your mouth, two times a day. No water required.
