This marine oil extract also has an antiinflammatory action to give you the relief you need. Adults: Initially, take 2 capsules two times a day for up to 8 weeks. Then reduce dose to 1 capsule two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.

Marine PCSO-524™ Oil extract (green-lipped mussel oil) 50 mg - A specialised extract of NZ Perna canaliculus.
CONTAINS:This product a seafood-derived material. Not recommended for people with seafood allergies. Contains mollusc, soya bean products and sulfites.
Instructions
DOSAGE:Adults – Initially, take 2 capsules 2 times a day for up to 8 weeks. Then reduce dose to 1 capsule two times a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.
