On sunscreens, the Protection Grade of UVA rating system, indicated by a “PA” followed by plus signs, represents the degree of UVA protection offered by the formula. The more plus signs, the higher the level of protection.

Umbras, with a rating of PA+++, offer "high UVA protection." The highest PA rating is a PA++++.

100% free of essential oils, silicones, fragrance, dyes, solvent alcohols, and chemical sunscreens.

How to use

Every morning, apply evenly to your face as the last step in your skincare routine and to prep your skin for whatever comes next. Tip: Don’t forget to apply to your ears, neck, and backs of hands—they need sunscreen, too.
