Simply open the sachet and apply to the underwear/clothing where the heat radiates through to the source of pain - increasing circulation, decreasing stiffness and relaxing sore muscles. Fragrance free, non-medicinal and with a thin discreet design, they are a convenient way to manage your period pain.

PRODUCT WARNINGS:Precautions for Preventing Low Temperature Heat Burn: •Low temperature heat burns are a type of burn with symptoms such as erythema and blisters caused by contact with a source of heat greater than body temperature for extended periods of time. Be aware that low temperature heat burn may occur without any symptoms. •Do not apply the patch directly to your skin. •Check the condition of your skin every hour. Immediately discontinue use if any abnormality is observed. •Stop using the heat patch immediately if you feel it is uncomfortably hot. •Do not use while sleeping.
• Do not use with other heating equipment. •Do not put pressure on the heat patch. •Not suitable for young children or those with disabilities. •Take care when using on delicate clothing such as underwear or if you have sensitive skin.

This product is suitable for light to mild period pain. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.
Do not use the patch if you have applied creams, rubs or patches to the same area.
Do not use on clothes which may be damaged by the adhesive.
To avoid damage to clothing when removing patch, insert finger between clothing and patch and remove slowly.
The warmer will become less adhesive with repeated use.
Do not cut, tear or puncture the patch.
Do not eat. Keep product away from eyes and mouth.
If in mouth, consult a doctor or pharmacist as it contains iron powder, which can be harmful if swallowed. If in eyes, flush thoroughly with clean water and consult a physician. Do not rub eyes.
