Directions for Use

13 years to adult:

Small scoop – into 200 mL glass. Large scoop – into 600 mL drink bottle.
Place quantity as above into drinking water. Shake or stir to dissolve. Discard unused solution after 10 hours.

Time: Electrolyte Powder Dosage:
Before & After Physical Activity Take 200-400 mL Hydralyte Plus Sports within 2 hours prior to and after activity to establish healthy hydration status
During Physical Activity:

 

  1. Low to Moderate Intensity
  2. High Intensity Activity or Profuse Sweating
 

 

  1. Consume 200-400 mL every hour of moderate activity
  2. Consume 400-800 mL every hour of physical activity

– Regulate consumption in response to thirst and other signs of dehydration*. Consume drinking water, in between doses, if required

Maximum Daily Dose: According to Body Weight:
<60kg Take up to 3 x 600 mL doses per day during activity
>60kg Take up to 5x 600 mL doses per day during activity or as directed by your healthcare professional

*dry mouth, fatigue, headache, dark yellow urine, muscle cramps

For long term use, seek advice from a healthcare professional

Warnings

Contains 353 mg of potassium per 600 mL dose. Keep out of reach of children

Contains 690 mg of sodium per 600 mL dose. Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 2.1 g (<60kg) or 3.5g (>60kg).

Contains glucose, sucralose and sulfites.

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use.

Do not use if cap seal is broken.
