MIND RELAXATION: Ziziphus is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to aid mind relaxation and to soothe and calm the nerves. Lavender is also used to calm the mind, and decreases, reduces, and relieves nervous tension, unrest and relieves symptoms of mild anxiety. Magnesium maintains and supports muscle relaxation, muscle function, healthy muscle contraction function, healthy neuromuscular system and function, nervous system health and nervous system function. It also maintains and supports bone health, supports cardiovascular system health, and supports energy production.

Active ingredients per film-coated tablet: Ziziphus jujuba (Ziziphus) extract dry concentrate 250 mg, derived from seed 7.5 g; Lavender oil 81 mg; Magnesium (as citrate) 81 mg; Magnesium (as glycinate dihydrate) 50 mg; Magnesium (as amino acid chelate) 20 mg; Total Magnesium 151 mg.
Directions
Adults, take 1 tablet at night with your evening meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not use if seal on cap/lid has been broken.
