Ingredients

Protein blend (Calcium caseinate, whey protein concentrate, soy protein concentrate, soy protein isolate), sunflower oil, inulin, cocoa powder 6%, corn syrup solids, minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, iodide), flavours, vegetable gum (415), sodium caseinate, salt, malodextrin, emulsifier (471, 322), sweetener (sucralose), anticaking agent (551), vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, D3, E, folic acid).

Directions

This powder can make deliciously creamy shakes by just adding 1 scoop (31g) of shake mix to 250 - 350 ml of cold water, depending on the thickness of the shake you desire. Mix thoroughly using a shaker. For best results use a blender and add crushed ice.
