BIOGLAN Active Magnesium Cream contains a unique blend of magnesium, clove bud oil and the herb Arnica Montana. Ingredients traditionally used in aromatherapy to help reduce muscle pain and soreness.

Instructions
DIRECTIONS:Directions: Adults- Apply 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) 3 times daily or as required to the affected area and massage into the skin until fully absorbed.
