Mallow) dry root ext. 25 mg, from 100 mg dry root, Brassica
oleracea var. italica (Broccoli) flower bud powder 150 mg, Ribes
nigrum (Black currant) fresh fruit ext. 1.5 mg, from 300 mg fresh
fruit, Curcuma longa (Turmeric) dry rhizome ext. 25 mg, from 500
mg dry rhizome, Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) dry seed
ext. 25 mg, from 100 mg dry seed, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary)
dry leaf ext. 10 mg, from 50 mg dry leaf, Thymus vulgaris (Common
thyme) dry leaf ext. 214.29, from 1.5 g dry leaf, Verbascum thapsus
(Mullein) leaf powder 200 mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 150 mg
Instructions
DIRECTIONS:Directions: Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food. At the first sign of a cold, take 2 tablets daily with food. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Store below 25°C

cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a
doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea,
appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. Vitamin
supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains sugars
and sulfites. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
