Each Hard Capsule Contains: Tyrosine 500mg; Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200 IU) 5micrograms; Zinc (as Zinc citrate dihydrate) 7.5mg; Iodine (as Potassium iodide) 75micrograms; Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 75micrograms; Retinol acetate 229.4micrograms equiv. to vitamin A 200micrograms RE; Ascorbic acid 50mg; Schisandra chinensis fruit ext. dry conc. 37.5mg, equiv. to Schisandra chinensis fruit dry 750mg; Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root ext. dry conc. 75mg, equiv. to Withania somnifera root dry 1.5g.

PRODUCT WARNINGS:If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. This product contains selenium whick is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary sources should not be exceeded. Contains sulfites. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.
