Active ingredients per tablet:
Cod liver oil 1000 mg provides Vitamin A 1000 IU (300 micrograms retinol equivalents) and Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol 2.5 microgram) 100 IU

Sulfites, fish and soy bean products.

Instructions

Adults - Take 2 capsules a day, or as prescribed by a health professional.

• The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
