Bodichek Muscular Pain Heat Patches deliver heat patch support for muscular pain with a targeted format. Pack includes 6 patches (13cm x 9.5cm) and states up to 16 hours of pain relief.
Helps to relieve muscle aches, stiffness, tightness, spasms, back pain and minor strains. Bodichek® Heat Patches deliver up to 16 hours of pain relief, combining 8 hours of soothing heat therapy followed by a further 8 hours of continued pain relief after removal. Designed for comfort and discretion, each patch features a
skin‑friendly adhesive and a flexible fit, making them ideal for use at home, work, or on the go.

BEFORE USE - CONSULT A DOCTOR IF YOU HAVE:
Diabetes, poor circulation, nerve damage, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or if you are pregnant.
DO NOT USE - If you are insensitive to heat, have circulatory problems, diabetes, nerve damage,
paralysis, or sensitive skin. Adult supervision is required for children.
• THIS PRODUCT CAN CAUSE BURNS. • CHECK SKIN EVERY HOUR DURING USE. • REMOVE IMMEDIATELY IF IRRITATION,
REDNESS, DISCOMFORT, OR BURNING OCCURS. • DO NOT WEAR WHILE SLEEPING. • DO NOT APPLY PRESSURE OR WEAR
TIGHT CLOTHING OVER THE PATCH; ALLOW ADEQUATE AIRFLOW. • EACH HEAT CELL CONTAINS IRON AND IS HARMFUL IF
SWALLOWED. IF SWALLOWED, RINSE MOUTH AND CONTACT POISON CONTROL. • IF CONTENTS CONTACT EYES OR SKIN,
RINSE WITH WATER. • NEVER MICROWAVE OR ATTEMPT TO REHEAT THE PRODUCT. • REMOVE BEFORE MRI.
DO NOT USE:
If heat cell contents leak and/or patch is damaged or torn. For more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period.
With pain rubs, medicated lotions, creams or ointments. On unhealthy, damaged or broken skin.
On areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours. On areas of the body where
you can’t feel heat. With other forms of heat.
On people unable to remove the product, including children, infants, and some elderly.
On people unable to follow all use instructions.
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR:
• If pain worsens or persists for more than 7 days.
• If you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your
skin that persists where the patch is worn.
