Overview

Instructions

Adults: take 1 tablet daily half an hour before retiring or as advised by your health professional.

Storage

Do not open if cap seal is missing or damage. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.

• In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.

• If you are taking any medications or have any existing health conditions, always talk to your health professional before use.
• Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medications.
