DIRECTIONS:Adults: take 1 capsule daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
For more intensive use: Adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day with food or as advised by your health professional.

Do not use if carton seal or blister seal is missing or damage. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
