The combination of Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3 in Caruso’s K2+D3+Magnesium supports the absorption and metabolism of calcium by your bones, helping to enhance bone health, bone strength and bone density. Vitamin K2 plays a role in the activation of a bone-building protein called osteocalcin which helps to incorporate calcium into bones. Vitamin D3 helps your body to absorb dietary calcium and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life. Vitamin D3 also supports the production of osteocalcin.
Magnesium supports muscle health, healthy muscle contraction and improves muscle relaxation. Caruso’s K2+D3+Magnesium contains six forms of magnesium in a time-release formula which releases magnesium into the body over an eight-hour period. Instructions
DIRECTIONS:Adults: take 1 brown capsule (Vitamin K2+D3) and 1 white tablet (Magnesium) daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
