EPO is a rich source of fatty acids in the form of linolenic acid and gamma linolenic acid (GLA). As linolenic acid cannot be synthesised by the body it has to be ingested. Healthy Care Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg is cold-pressed with the active ingredient gamma linolenic acid (GLA) present at the rate of 10% and has been specifically formulated to help support healthy female hormonal balance and help relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension (PMT).

Instructions
