Glucose 2.91g
Citric acid 880mg
Sodium from Sodium chloride 205mg
Potassium from Potassium citrate 159mg
Sugar, Sucralose. 159mg of potassium per 200mL dose. 205mg of sodium per 200mL dose.

1. Fill mug with 200mL of boiled drinking water. Do not use any liquid other than water. For infants and children under 12 years, use lukewarm water.
2.Empty contents of one sachet into the mug and stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved.
3.Once cooled to the appropriate temperature, serve immediately.
4.Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
5. Discard any unused solution.

- 12 hours in children under 3 years
