Instructions
DIRECTIONS:13 years of adult: Take 200 - 400mL every hour during activity. Do not dilute. Maximum Daily Dose: According to body weight, take up to 3 x 600mL (<60kg) or 5 x 600mL (>60kg) doses per day.
USAGE ADVICE:Store below 30°C. Refrigerate after opening and discard after 1 month.
