File from the side of the nails to the centre in even strokes. Always file in one direction, never back & forth.
Use the coarse side to shape the nail & the fine side to smooth the nail edge for a flawless finish.

USAGE ADVICE:

Avoid excessive filing of nail corners as they provide extra strength to the nail. Square/oval shaped nails are recommended.
