Mersynofen combnes the strength of two ingredients for dual-action pain relief
Mersynofen combines the strength of 500mg paracetamol and 200mg ibuprofen in a single tablet, delivering stronger* pain relief for up to 8 hours1,2.
Provides tempoarary relief of pain associated with: headache, migraine headache, tension headache, sinus pain, toothache, backache, muscular aches and pains, period pain, sore throat, mild arthritis, and the aches and pains associated with colds.

INGREDIENTS:Ibuprofen 200mg
Paracetamol 500mg
Adults under 65 and children from 12 years: Take one tablet every 8 hours with water when necessary. Not recommended adults 65 years of age and over or children under 12 years of age. Do not take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours.
Store below 30 degrees celsius
Do not use in children under 12 years or adults aged 65 years or over.
Do not take this medicine for more than 3 days at a time for adults or for more than 2 days for adolescents aged 12 to 17 years unless advised to by a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Excessive use can be harmful and increase the risk of heart attack, stroke or liver damage.
Do not use if you have asthma, impaired kidney function or heart failure.
Do not use if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
Do not use if you have a stomach ulcer.
Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, ibuprofen, aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medicines.
If you get an allergic reaction, stop taking and see your doctor immediately.
Do not take with other products containing paracetamol, ibuprofen, aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medicines or with medicines that you are taking regularly, unless advised to do so by a doctor or pharmacist.
If an overdose is taken or suspected, ring the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 13 11 26, New Zealand 0800 764 766) or go to hospital straight away even if you feel well because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.
Contains maize starch.
