Ingredients
Milk Protein Concentrate 71.8% (Casein Protein 85%, Whey Protein), Skim Milk Powder, Fibre (Inulin), Flavour, Medium-Chain-Triglyceride (MCT) Oil Milk Powder (Antioxidants 306, 307b), Thickener (Carboxymethylcellulose), Sweetener (Sucralose), Sodium Chloride, Colour (Curcumin, Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow FCF, Allura Red AC).
Directions
Snack: Add 2 scoops in 90 - 100 mL of cold water or milk. Mix thoroughly in a bowl, blender or shaker for smooth dessert style custard.
Mixing Tips: To ensure the consistency is to your liking, start by adding 90 - 100 mL of cold water or milk to the mixture while stirring (for 2 scoops). Slowly add more water or milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Ensure the powder is mixed through completely before adding more liquid.
Try It Warm: Mix as per the instructions above. Microwave for 30 seconds for a warm treat.
Freeze it: Freeze for 15 - 60 mins depending on your desired consistency for a cold treat.
Optional Mix-ins: Try adding some optional mix-ins to add texture and extra flavour. Examples include crushed up cookies, choc chips, fruit and more!
