Nature's Own Sleep+ Ashwagandha is specially formulated with KSM-66®, an evidence based, naturally derived extract of the Ashwagandha herb. This dual action formula contains passionflower which is traditionally used* in Western Herbal Medicine to calm and induce sleep, and relieve sleeplessness associated with stress. Each tablet also contains naturally derived herbal extract Lemon Balm. Australian Made®, and rigorously tested to ensure quality, potency, and purity, Nature’s Own Sleep+ Ashwagandha tablets contains no added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, dairy products, or animal-derived products - and are vegan*. Adults take 2 tablets dailly in the evening or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
