Each chewable tablet contains:

Zinc amino acid chelate 15mg equiv to zinc 3mg per chewable tablet.

Children 2-8 years: Chew 1 tablet per day Children 9-12 years: Chew 2 tablets per day.  Or as advised by your health professional. Do not swallow whole.
