Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 11.25mg
Reynoutria japonica root ext. dry conc. 29 micrograms
equiv. to dry root (Japanese Knotweed) 2.61mg
Retinol acetate 50.3 micrograms
Equiv. to Vitamin A 43.75 micrograms RE

Instructions
DIRECTIONS:Adults (18yo+): Take 4 tablets daily. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.
USAGE ADVICE:If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
Storage
Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25C.

PRODUCT WARNINGS:If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.Â
