Normafibe contains sterculia, a natural fibre product which doe not produce flatulence & wind commonly associated with other types of fibre.

Directions

Adults: Take 1-2 heaped 5ml measuring spoonfuls taken once or twice daily after meals or as directed.

Children (6-12 years) Take as directed by doctor or pharmacist

When taking Normafibe, drink plenty of water and increase fibre in the diet.

Warnings

Contains Sucrose - Caution if Diabetic.

Seek medical advice if after taking granules for 4 days you havent had a bowel movement.

Not to be taken at night.
