Revitalise is low GI, low fat and low salt. This means it’s suitable as part of a Low GI diet for people living with diabetes or going through menopause. It reduces blood pressure when part of a low salt diet. It also reduces bad cholesterol when part of low saturated fatty acids diet. Directions
Add 2 level scoops (40 grams) to 200mL of chilled water from the refrigerator in a shaker, jar (with lid for shaking) or glass. Shake or stir thoroughly until powder is fully dissolved. You now have a delicious, nutritious drink with many health benefits. Scoop provided.
