For relaxing the body: Dissolve 375g in an average size bath of warm water.
As a soil fertiliser: to help overcome magnesium and slfur deficiencies in soil, spread Epsom Salts over soil. For citrus crops, tomatoes and lettuces etc. also apply as a foliage spray (375g - 20 litres).
As a fabric softener: Place 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts in the washing machine before commencing the rinse cycle.
