BioOne Activated B6 P5P contains pyridoxal 5‰Ûª-phosphate (P5P) which assists in
maintaining or improving general wellbeing. P5P is involved in the metabolism of
nearly all amino acids, as a co-enzyme for reactions such as transamination and
decarboxylation. P5P is a co-enzyme for amino acid metabolism, particularly in
the production on non-essential amino acids. P5P is a co-enzyme important for
neurotransmitter synthesis and may help maintain normal healthy nerve and brain
function.
P5P is required for the conversion of homocysteine to cysteine in the
transsulfuration pathway.

Directions
Take one capsule daily, with meals. Vitamin supplements should not replace a
balanced diet.
Indications
INDICATION 1: Pyridoxal 5‰Ûª-phosphate is involved in the metabolism of nearly
all amino acids, as a co-enzyme for reactions such as transamination and
