Ingredients
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER 10mL ORAL LIQUID:
Plantago lanceolata (Ribwort plantain) ext. dry conc. 300mg derived from dried leaf 1.2g.
CONTAINS:Potassium sorbate and sugar alcohols.
Instructions
DOSAGE:DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Shake before use. Use as required with the enclosed measuring spoon.
Adults and Children aged 12 years and over:
10mL per dose, 3-4 times daily.
Children aged 5-11 years: 10mL per dose, 3 times daily.
Children aged 3-4 years: 5mL per dose, 3 times daily.

This medicine contains Maltitol and Sorbitol (26.6 g per 40 mL maximum recommended daily dose) which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
