This fish oil supplement provides three times the amount of omega-3 per capsule as our standard fish oil 1000 capsule* to help relieve symptoms of mild arthritis. This high quality, concentrated fish oil contains 900 mg of omega-3 per capsule, so adults can take just 3 capsules once a day with meals to help relieve inflammation. Blackmores fish oil is extracted from 100% wild caught fish. The extraction process ensures purified, high-quality oil that is tested for mercury, dioxins and PCBs.
