DIRECTIONS:General Health and Wellbeing:
Adults take 1 capsule daily with food daily with food, or as advised by your health professional.
Mild osteoarthritis, cholesterol health, skin health and pregnancy:
Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food, or as advised by your health professional.
USAGE ADVICE:This capsule is large and may be difficult to swallow.
