Ingredients
Each ml contains:
Aloe Vera Extract 1.88mg (equiv Aloe Vera leaf juice 376mg)
Arnica Montana Flower Tincture .4mcl (equiv dry flower 20mcg)
Lavender Oil 50mcg
Cajuput Oil 7mg
Menthol 15mg
Eucalyptus Oil 30mg
Camphor 20mg
Rosemary Oil 30mg
Also contains Vitamin E.
Directions
Shake well before use. Most effective when liberally applied, Eg 4-6 pumps of the spray on affected and most importantly surrounding areas (before, during and after everyday needs and sporting activities). Lightly rub in and reapply after 30 seconds. For optimum results, repeat 4-5 times daily. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Warnings
External use only, avoid contact with eyes, broken skin and mucous membranes. If you have sensitive skin, test on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
