Ingredients
Each ml contains:
Aloe Vera Extract 1.88mg (equiv Aloe Vera leaf juice 376mg)
Arnica Montana Flower Tincture .4mcl (equiv dry flower 20mcg)
Peppermint Oil 3.33mg
Lavender Oil 50mcg
Cajuput Oil 3mg
Menthol 15mg
Eucalyptus Oil 30mg
Camphor 20mg
Rosemary Oil 25mg
Simmondsia Fixed Oil Seed (Jojoba Oil) 15mg
Also contains Vitamin E.
Directions
Shake well before use. When used for menstrual muscular pain apply liberally up to 5 times daily to lower abdomen and/or lower back area. When used for joint and muscle pain most effective when liberally applied, Eg. 4-6 pumps of the spray on affected and surrounding areas. Lightly rub in and reapply after 30 seconds. For optimum results, repeat up to 4-5 times daily. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Warnings
External use only, avoid contact with eyes, broken skin and mucous membranes. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
